37th Annual Golf Outing
2023 Results

83 golfers took to the South Winds Golf Course to participate in the 37th annual, Nest 79 “2 Clubs and a Putter” golf tournament. Threating weather in the Metro Detroit area was predicted, BUT, near perfect conditions greeted our golfers to an exciting day of golf and fraternal socializing.  The team of Bob O’Donnel, Tim Sweeney and Nick Slayton carded a 54 winning score to take first place honors.  Golfers continued their support of our Dr. T.A. Starzynski Scholarship with a $500.00 donation.  All golfers were treated to Our World-Famous Polish Buffett at local VFW Club to congratulate the winners and discuss, plan on next year’s team strategy over some cold liquid libations.
